Dubai's 'Black Diamond' Breaks World Record for Most Expensive Ice Cream

DUBAI, UAE -- A café in Dubai has recently unveiled the most expensive ice cream in the world, costing Dhs3,000 or $817; The "Black Diamond" treat at Scoopi Café is a mix of high-price ingredients with 23-carat edible gold sprinkled on top; it is made of Madagascar vanilla ice cream, along with the an expensive Iranian saffron and is decorated with slices of black Italian truffle and sets the new world record for the Most expensive ice cream sundae, according to the World Record Academy.
